Alen is excellent and reasonable. He spent hours on my PC trying to get it back to work. And he did not charge me for the time even though I decided not to repair it in the end as it is not worth it.

It was hard to find a replacement for my asus tuf gaming laptop as the screen size was unique. I looked everywhere and contacted all other vendors but I couldn't find the replacement. He diagnosed the problem with my Acer laptop screen in about 10 seconds and then put in a replacement and cleaned my laptop all over as well. I was out of there and on my way in half an hour. When my laptop broke, I asked everyone if they knew anyone reliable who could fix but got no answer. But then through internet search I was lucky to find monitor and laptop hospital at West Ryde. There I found Allen who is an amazing person, he understood my state of urgency and repaired my laptop quickly and that too at the cheapest price.
