Alen is excellent and reasonable. He spent hours on my PC trying to get it back to work. And he did not charge me for the time even though I decided not to repair it in the end as it is not worth it.

It was hard to find a replacement for my asus tuf gaming laptop as the screen size was unique. I looked everywhere and contacted all other vendors but I couldn't find the replacement. But this guy found the exact screen and replaced at a reasonable rate.I would recommend everyone to visit him if your computer is having any hardware issue.

Alen has been around forever it seems, although this was my first experience - and it was a positive one. He diagnosed the problem with my Acer laptop screen in about 10 seconds and then put in a replacement and cleaned my laptop all over as well. I was out of there and on my way in half an hour. Very impressed.

Alen is what some would call a computer god - he worked tirelessly fixing a very tedious issue in my custom build for me over the past few months. When my laptop broke, I asked everyone if they knew anyone reliable who could fix but got no answer. But then through internet search I was lucky to find monitor and laptop hospital at West Ryde. There I found Allen who is an amazing person, he understood my state of urgency and repaired my laptop quickly and that too at the cheapest price. I would say that you can blindly trust him and get ur laptops repaired by him. He really did an excellent job.

We are very lucky to have found Alan to fix our old Dell desktop. We have an issue with Window not starting (BIOS issue) and we attempted to fix ourselves which have literally made it worst.
